Resolution Strategies

Settle your tax debt for less than the full amount owed if the tax authority deems your offer to be the most they might collect within a reasonable time period.

Payment Plan to resolve debt. This approach protects you from asset seizure to settle your obligations. It may be possible to secure relief on penalties and/or compound interest.

The IRS provides Innocent Spouse Relief when for an aggrieved party when his or her spouse or former spouse failed to report income, reported income improperly, or claimed improper deductions or credit.

About Martin Sinclair, CPA, IAR
In 1986, Martin left NFL Films, Inc. to pursue the dream of having his own business and being his own boss. In 1988 he became a Certified Public Accountant licensed in the State of New Jersey and since then, he has added a Life Insurance license and the Series 6, 63, and 65 Securities licenses. In addition to being a CPA he is an Investment Adviser Representative for Cetera Advisor Networks.
Martin is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants as well as the Personal Financial Planning section of the AICPA. He is a member of the New Jersey Society of CPA's as well. Martin has served for over two decades on the Board of Directors of My Father's House, Inc, a NJ nonprofit entity devoted to addiction and recovery.
Besides having the good fortune of a successful career, Martin has had the great fortune of having a wonderful family: wife Maria and five wonderful children, Lauren, Christopher, Ariana, Mikhel and Giovanna.
